1500_CentralWith all bases loaded, Grady Pridgen Inc. is setting the pace for revitalizing downtown with a new $100 million development that will include residential space, retail shops, a possible museum or art gallery, and restaurants. Pridgen acquired part of the land, and expects to close on the balance later this summer.

The project is located next Ferg's Sports bar, using the land from an old lumber company to create the new complex. It is the largest contiguous landsite in the Central Avenue and Grand Central District. The project will be appoximately 3-acres. It will be Pridgen's first "green" complex.

The development will include approximately 360 condominiums to help satisfy the increasing demand for affordable, quality homes for St. Petersburg's growing workforce.
